We try not to think too much but rather keep our eyes open to the world and sure enough ideas pop up. This has been our creative approach for the past fifteen years and most often ideas come to us when we work our usual carpenter‘s job. When we see a piece of furniture, we know that there is more to it than meets the eye.

You might say, we design spontaneously in our heads to break away from the creative boundaries of our everyday work. This starting point is, however, essential to us, because we cannot just stand in front of a monitor and design something flat. What we enjoy most is hand-crafting; this is the process, which starts from an image in your head and leaves you with a feeling of satisfaction, when at the end you see your efforts take shape and substance.
